Terms and Conditions Apatu

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the apatu website, mobile app, and all related services provided by apatu ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Apatu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms cover all aspects of Platform use, including account registration, deposits, betting, withdrawals, bonuses, communications, and any transactions conducted through the apatu platform.

To register and use apatu services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not prohibited by local or international law from participating in online betting activities
• Has never had an account closed or blocked by apatu due to prior terms violations
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Apatu reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only ONE (1) active account on apatu. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential
• Ensure that no other party accesses your account without authorisation
• Report any unauthorised access to the apatu support team immediately
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security

Apatu is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence or failure to safeguard your account security.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information you provide during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and current. apatu reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of providing false or misleading information pending verification.

Apatu supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysia members, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed through payment channels secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction
• Deposited funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name
• Depositing using third-party funds is prohibited and may result in account freezing
• Apatu does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges
• Any deposit that fails to process will be returned to the original source within 3–5 business days

Apatu is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests in the shortest possible time. Our average processing time is within 15 minutes for standard withdrawals from accounts that have completed KYC verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Accounts must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is permitted
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name
• If a bonus has been claimed, the associated rollover requirement must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• Apatu reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as an anti-money laundering measure

5.2 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. In certain cases requiring additional security review, processing may take up to 24 hours. apatu will notify you via email or in-app notification should any unusual delay occur.

Apatu offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to turnover requirements and specific rules stated in their respective promotion terms.

• Each promotion has its own rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before a bonus withdrawal is permitted
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members who have not previously registered
• Each member may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated
• Apatu reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time
• Using multiple accounts or coordinating between players to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and further action against the accounts involved

All bets placed on apatu are subject to the following general rules as well as the specific rules for each game type or sport involved.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specifically stated circumstances
• Apatu reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or human error
• Live casino and slot game results are final and determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, the result recorded by the apatu system is final
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and your VIP membership status

Apatu employs a real-time fraud detection system. Any bets suspected of involving manipulation, insider information, or improper coordination are subject to investigation and cancellation without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account on the apatu platform
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the functionality of the Platform or apatu's technology infrastructure
• Conducting money laundering or fraudulent activities through the Platform
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
• Spreading false or misleading information about apatu to other members or the public
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Apatu reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
• Reporting or investigation of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Valid balances will be refunded once all required reviews are complete, provided there are no pending bets and all rollover requirements have been met.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, apatu and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to technical disruptions or system failures
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators

Apatu strives to keep the Platform running without interruption at all times, but cannot guarantee 100% availability due to scheduled technical maintenance or unavoidable unforeseen circumstances.

• All communications and transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption
• Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which apatu is registered. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through appropriate arbitration or legal proceedings.
